Supportive Employment

Creative Living Solutions Inc’s Supported Employment Program (SEMP) is dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) find competitively paid community- based employment opportunities.

Our aim is to ensure that every individual receiving Supported Employment Service is able to perform their assigned work as independently as possible, with minimal supervision.

Our trained Job Coaches will work to make sure that any and all reasonable accommodations are made to ensure the success of those receiving support through our SEMP program.
We provide support with career exploration including career assessments, resume development, interview preparation, soft skill training and on-site job coaching
